Feel free to link to things you've created for NG, but don't spam it. Begging for fives will likely get you a temporary ban.
Similarly, if you've got beef with someone on Newgrounds, please don't drag it into our channel.
No impersonations. You're not funny or interesting by acting as if you're someone else. We can find out that you're not rather easily anyway.
Ultimately the channel is there for everyone's enjoyment. If you do something that negatively affects that purpose, disciplinary actions will be taken.
